Hey guys, LVVHSN is going to have its first Great Clothing Swap in October. LVVHSN stands for Las Vegas Valley Homeschool Network and its a nonprofit that’s purpose is to bring homeschoolers together in the community to help each other and to help others. You can find us at LVVHSN.org.
Anyway, the Great Clothing Swap is a clothing swap. Dig out the clothes your kids are no longer wearing and could be worn by someone else’s child. Any season but preferably winter because that’s the next big season. You could also bring your clothes and your dh’s clothes.
Bring them to the Swap’s location which will be released closer to the date in October. You may then swap if you want too or just donate. All left over clothes will go to a shelter.
Stay tuned for details.. I think this is a great thing especially when the economy is in the toilet and its a green thing to do to.. don’t you think?
