Fencing Classes for Homeschoolers
Fridays 10am – 11am
Ages 7 + limit 10 per class.
(If there is high enough interest, additional classes may be scheduled and we are looking at the possibility of a 5-6 year old class as well -please let us know if you are interested in this age group!)
This on-going class will cover instructional fencing for beginners (through drills, games, and competitions), essentials of exercise, discussions on fencing (techniques, history, science , nutrition, strategies, etc). This is a great opportunity to bring your child into fencing . All gear and equipment is included. Class will be taught by former homeschooler and fencing instructor, Ava Umanos. Guest coaches and speakers will be featured throughout the program.
Classes begin February 3rd
Class fees: $100 per month, class meets weekly on Fridays except for Holidays
Family discounts: 2nd family member $80 per month, 3 or more family members $75 per month
Students who wish to participate in classes with Red Rock Fencing Center may do so at a discounted rate (this discount only applies to students currently enrolled in Red Rock Fencing Center’s Homeschool PE class) as follows :
$40.00 per month
$30.00 per month (2 or family member)
Enrolling in Red Rock Fencing Center fencing classes, the student has access to unlimited classes per month and competitive fencing instruction.
